We are always happy to answer any questions you have, whether you’re considering booking your first appointment with us or a regular client, so please do get in touch. But in the meantime, here are some of the questions that we get asked quite a lot.
What should I expect at my first massage or hypnotherapy appointment?
We know that your first appointment with us can be a little daunting, especially if you’re new to massage or hypnotherapy. For all appointments, we’ll sit down with you and go through a consultation form. As part of this, we’ll ask you some questions such as whether you have any allergies or illnesses, so we can adapt your treatment accordingly.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Just yourself!
Can I cancel or change my appointment time?
We kindly ask that you keep to your booked appointment times wherever possible, but we understand that there are times where things come up unexpectedly. We endeavour to send you reminders of your appointment, but if you do need to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, we will request a £10 cancellation fee.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and card payments or bank transfers.
Do you massage men?
We currently only accept male clients recommended by existing clients.
